I'm heading to London at the end of the month, which I'm pretty damn excited about. I was supposed to be playing at my mate's party, but can't make it, so I'm still heading down for a few days to catch up with some people and have a wonder about Tate and other London things.
Expression of excitement means posting London-like tunes, yes?
The Man Like Me track "London Town" sounds like a bit of a camp 90s track that reminds me a little of Just Jack (N.B. this is not a good thing) even though Hot Chip slapped it on their latest Bugged In mix. Nonetheless Foamo manages to spruce things up a bit.
I'm also a fan of The Shoes ever since I heard their remix of Primary 1. Anyways, they remixed that 80s-wannabe band Golden Silvers and it's not half bad - indie noise.
Ahhhh, love a bit of LANDAN !
